Sherborne based estate agent Knight Frank handles residential property for sale in an area covering Dorset, South Somerset and West Wiltshire. We have a particular track record around Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Bruton, Gillingham, Bridport and Beaminster.

We deal with all “best in class” property from £400,000 upwards. Cottages to castles is our motto! We have extensive experience in selling all types and sizes of properties to a range of buyers.

We will work with you to help prepare your property for sale and can recommend solicitors and surveyors, should you need them. We will keep everyone involved, regularly updated throughout the sale and we’ll be there at every state, guiding you through the process and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
