Yoga Sherborne
I am Dawn and I teach Hatha Yoga classes and Relaxation & Meditation classes in Sherborne and the surrounding area.
My Hatha yoga classes are slow and focus on finding a good posture or stretch gradually. We use calm breathing and build up to positions in stages. This allows the more experienced to hold longer or stretch deeper while beginners can take their time and have space to learn as they go. My classes are small so I can help you make adjustments to get the most out of each posture.
I love teaching outside (thanks to lockdown this became the norm during the summer for me) Where space allows we go outside in some weekly classes and I run pop ups in other locations when possible.
I include guided relaxation and meditation in all classes but if you want to focus more on this rather than the physical movement I run classes throughout the year to do just that.
